• Supported Shipping Zones: We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined by the customer at checkout based on available shipping options. Rates will vary depending on the delivery method selected and the location of the shipment.
• Order Processing & Delivery Times: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Delivery times may vary based on the selected shipping method and amount of orders needing to be fullfilled. We are also careful during summer months , we don't want your products to sit in a truck to melt over the weekend ,so we try to fulfill orders at the beginning of the week.
Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages
As stated in our Return Policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. For damages occurring during shipping or lost packages, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim. We are not liable for any shipping damage or issues.
